30 Day Letter Challenge - Day 30

Woo hoo! I made it to the last day of the 30 day letter challenge.  I am very happy that I finished even though I did forget some days and had to do a few double posts but at least they all got done.  Now before you say "you know you missed yesterday". Yes, I know I missed yesterday.  I did actually write the letter but I chose to keep it to myself.  Thank you very much!  Now onto the last letter.....

Day 30 - A Letter to Yourself in The Mirror

Going to the Oscars

Dear Me

Hey there you!  It feels awfully strange to write a letter to yourself.  But you would already know that right! Ha ha anyway I wanted to say you are a good person. No matter what you might think you actually are a good person. You are not who you used to be. You are not a silly teenager anymore. You have grown and moved on. You are not your past!  You are a loving person with a loving family and friends.  You can be anything you set your mind to and you have the confidence to do so.  You have a loving fiance who will soon become your husband and you will soon start your own little family together.  When the time comes you will be a fantastic mother!  Stop stressing about that!  You need to stop trying to plan life out so much.  Life does not follow a schedule.  Sometimes shit happens and things get out of whack but it doesn't mean you failed it just means you have to try again.  If at first you fail try again!  It worked when you dropped out of school. If you can have the confidence and passion to learn to make yourself go back to Tafe and finish year 11 & 12 so you can go to university then you can do anything.  You have the drive to succeed and I have no doubt that you will.  Believe in yourself!!!

What a lovely idea - maybe I need to do this for myself.

sounds like good advice! as a new mother myself it is hard to believe you will be a good mother but when the time comes for you, you just trust your instincts and go with it! plus, babies are very forgiving!!! at the same time, enjoy your time with your husband to be before bub comes - bub is truly amazing but equally is beautiful time with your fiance! its all about building a strong foundation! But it sounds like you know all that!
