I did better this week on the eating front but still bad on the exercise front. I have been so exhausted after getting home from work that I haven't felt like exercise and to do it before work I have to get up super early which is not easy for me. I need to get myself into a routine of coming home and doing 1/2 hour of wii fit before I sit down and relax. Anyways here are my stats:Starting Weight: 76.1 kg
Last Weeks Weight: 74.3 kg
Current Weight: 73.9 kg
Weekly Loss: 400 grams
Overall Loss: 2.2 kg
So how did I do on my goals from last week:
- Don't eat sugar! I swapped my sugary cereal for porridge or museli everyday this week. I also swapped out all softdrink for soda water with fresh squeezed lemon, lime or orange juice. I also cut way down on the amount of sweet biscuits I was eating. I did have ice-cream once but that was on Valentines Day night.
- Write down everything I eat each day. I didn't write everything down but as I am trying to follow the weight watchers points system I am very aware of everything I eat so that I know how many points I am eating.
- Try to exercise at least 3 times this week. Bad! I only exercised once this week.
I am going to keep working on these three goals this week and hopefully I will do a bit better. Only 2.5 more weeks till we go to Europe so I am definitely not going to reach my 70kg goal but I find I am pretty happy lately with how I look and where I am at so I am not too disappointed about that.

400 grams is a good loss - well done! I think it is understandable that you didn't feel like exercising - it will take a little while to settle into a new routine. Good luck this week!
I also have a really hard time working out after work. If I do the Wii directly after getting home, that is the best... and I never want to do it, but it's always fun once I start. So I feel your pain, but you can do it! :)
